Car Loaners and Towing—McCollum Auto Body Customers
McCollum Auto Body wants to make your vehicle repair and collision service as worry-free and as stress-free as possible. We know it can be difficult dealing with all the things that must be dealt with in the aftermath of an incident that damages your car.
First and foremost on the list of things to deal with: transportation. After all, while your vehicle is being serviced, it’s going to be, well, out of service.
And you need that car! You’ve got work to do, groceries to buy, doctor’s appointments to keep, and kids to shuttle from home to school to practice and back home again.
But don’t worry. McCollum is going to take care of everything for you.
Rentals, Loaners and Towing Services
For our customers who carry rental insurance, we make it easy. We’ll handle the paperwork, communicate with your insurer (if necessary) and have a car waiting for you when you arrive for service. (We work with Enterprise, one of McCollum’s valued and trusted partners.) Then, when you’re own vehicle is ready, you can just drop the rental back at our shop. It couldn’t be easier!
No rental coverage? No problem. We have loaner cars available for our customers who don’t happen to carry rental insurance. Complimentary, of course.
No matter the situation, you can be certain that you’ll have something to drive while our automotive tech experts get your car back to its pre-loss condition.
Of course, there’s always the question of how to get your vehicle here in the first place — especially if it’s extensively damaged and unfit to drive.
Once again, McCollum’s will come through for you. We partner with a third-party towing service that will secure your vehicle and drop it off at McCollum — any time, day or night. Hassle-free, fast and easy. That’s just one part of the McCollum’s experience.
We’ve been in the vehicle repair business for almost four decades, and over that time we’ve worked hard to provide nothing less than the absolute best customer service.
So contact McCollum Auto Body today, and leave the worrying to us.
